Miku, Nino, and Ichika worked in their own ways to further their romantic interest in Fuutarou. Unfortunately, Ichika still insists on her sneaky, underhanded approach to undermine the other two.
Fuutarou's little sister reminded him he still needed to thank Yotsuba for helping take care of his feverish self during their class camping trip. Yotsuba claimed she already got it by after they spent the whole day shopping for it. It was a "date!" Meanwhile, Ichika discovered a box belonging to Itsuki, which proved it was Itsuki who impersonated "Rena" at the beginning of the season. We still don't know why she did that, though.
Miku, Nino, and Ichika were still fighting to make sure Fuutarou was in their group, but he solved that problem for them by telling them he had already formed his own school trip group with a couple of other dudes. Whoops! The infighting made the girls wait too long and they formed their own five member group like everyone expected them to. Oh well!
