Fire Force 8 infiltrated Haijima Industries to rescue Nataku the next Pillar. Maki and the others met strange fire users who tested the children brought to the facility, like the Dominions Lady (or Puppeteer). Maki fired herself up to exceed Vulcan's equipment limits.
The Evangelist's disciples came to collect Nataku too. Inca and Haumea arrived with their protectors. Ritsu, the white-clad maid, is the new Protector for the new Pillar Inca. Maki had a difficult time believing the Dominions Lady was even more powerful than her strange attitude belied. She's more accustomed to dealing with preschoolers, so she might be the perfect opponent for Charon, Ritsu, and the other White Cloaks.
