Sasha and Misha appear to have a very close, sisterly relationship.
Sasha apologized to Misha for being very aloof at school and it looked they were on track to become the close sisters they were when they were little girls, despite Misha being some kind of magical construct.
It was a surprise to see Sasha make a face-heel turn, stabbing Misha, and betraying Anos. There's something to Sasha's motivation that needs explanation.
Misha provided a big clue to what is going on and how Sasha's behavior relates to her upcoming birthday. According to Misha, the magic doll will disappear on her fifteenth birthday, which is the same as Sasha's. Sasha looks like she's trying to save Misha's life somehow. To be continued.
