Just to make sure you knew the season was over for Arte, they gave you the Italian "fine" so got it. Yes, it was a fine show too.
Arte decided to say goodbye to Venice and return to Florence, which meant completing her family portraits, making nice with the local apprentices, and making sure she and her new friend Katarina wrote lots of letters to each other.
When Arte came back to Florence, she learned that Leo had fallen ill to a fever, which meant he couldn't finish a ceiling mural for a new church in time for Easter. Darcia gave Arte the news and encouraged her as she and the other art apprentices of Florence helped Arte finish her Master's work. Arte added the touch of making the witnesses of Christ's appearance all her friends and family. Arte's mother, coming full circle, had to admire her rebellious daughter's talent. What a fun little series showing off Renaissance Florence and Venice from an artisan's perspective.
