Something destroyed all of Aqua's hard work for the school festival and she did not like the idea of having to repair it.
Rem convinced Aqua to repair the damage the right way, from step zero. It was a nice rendition of her speech to Subaru, but Chomusuke joining the the white doves in flight ruined the sweet moment, at least in Subaru's eyes.
