Yukari the Koala was happy to join the cooking club with the humans and Ranka the Wolf.
Yukari is only supposed to eat eucalyptus leaves, but she remembered a special dish prepared by her mother that she wanted to eat again. Her mother was violently opposed to making it again for her, for good reason. We humans euphemistically call it a fecal bacterial transplant.
Kurumi the Cat looked like she wanted to join the cooking club too, but then she turned aloof and feigned disinterest. Um, she's a cat, right?
Miyubi the Sloth was also happy to join the club. Jin had to deal with some of her species' idiosyncrasies first, but Miyubi is a beautiful young lady sloth when even her moss layer is given a nice trim.
Kurumi claimed she didn't want to join the cooking club, after being so happy to be invited, but she's still attending, in her own cat-like way.
Meanwhile, drama starts to show up, with a group of Naked Mole-rats from the Student Council finding the cooking club's interspecies relationships "unnatural." As you can see, all the males in this show look like anthropomorphized versions of the animal, while the females look like animal-ear cute girl versions. Very wise decision, I must say.
