Val x Love - Episode 7 - Itsuyo Looks at Sample Cup

Itsuyo did not expect "playing doctor" with Takuma to mean providing a fluid sample for analysis.

On a lazy day after all the stress of the school festival, the Valkyries were just lolling under the kotatsu. Big sister Futaba had other plans for them after Kururi finished her emergency medical kit, which included a doctor's white coat for Dr. Takuma.

The Playing Doctor date quest included all the usual fetishes of listening to heartbeats, applying ointment, taking samples and measurements, oral exams, and putting moves on the doctor too. They all passed, somehow, even though the doctor's coat blew up and the girls had to end up taking care of Takuma.

In the second half, Itsuyo wants dating advice from Misa, who happened to be very popular in Asgard. Misa didn't want to tell Itsuyo she was only "popular" with the other girls and had never even kissed a boy. To get Itsuyo off her back, Misa chose the "spend an hour alone with the boyfriend without telling him" date. I didn't know that was a thing...
