The recap showed the most important part of the first season — Katalina's quest to find cute and fluffy things. Vyrn qualifies.



Rosetta shows up a little in the opening credits and the episode, but she's not traveling with the Grandcypher at this time.

The first episode quickly reestablished that the Gran, Lyria, and the rest are looking for primeval beasts to free them from magical experiments. And also to collect potential crew members like Aliza, the martial artist.



Let's hope the Grandcypher crew still has time for fun moments on each floating island they visit like in the end credits.
