Tamaki gave Shinra a warm welcome when he came to her fire force company on a rookie exchange program.
The 5th and the 8th companies really did have a barbecue after the raid and the violence. And Hibana really does have a big crush on Shinra now. More importantly, she's cooperating with the 8th's mission to find out what causes human combustion and what information the other fire force companies may be hiding.
Hibana is spending a lot of time at the 5th company right now. If that means more shower high jinks with Iris and shots of her bare legs and reasonable black pumps, I'm all for it.
The 8th's next target is the 1st Company, home to the captain that was present when Shinra's parents died and the fiery cat girl with the lucky lechery curse, Tamaki. She's very protective of her father figure captain.
