Satomi and Rumika spend New Year's Eve with good company and with good liquor.
While the teachers celebrate the single life, the girls want to climb the stairs to adulthood, uh, want to climb the stairs to the muscle shrine because it also grants prayers for finding love.
But first, let's master those stairs! Ayaka insists on the stair master form to train the leg muscles, instead of using stairs for an aerobic workout.
If there was ever a muscle shrine, then its priest had to be Macho Man. Machio's family owns the shrine to Takemasukuru no Kami, which kind of sounds like "feel the burn," so he helps out on holidays. The local macho men all know him as the Muscle God anyway.
The girls still want to work out after being up all night to see the sunrise, but all the gyms are closed, so Akemi digs out her exercise manual by that weird English Lit professor. It's all about isometrics this New Year's morning.
The girls caused a scene at the nearby park doing their weird poses, but they had no choice since the park only had one high bar and not even a jungle gym.
Still feeling buzzed, Zina suggested they, and a barely awake Satomi, join a live talent show for one TV station's special New Year's Day broadcast. They were going to try to break the 11 hour record for an air chair, but that wasn't feasible. Instead, Ayaka got Satomi to do a wrestler's bridge and sit on her. Sexy. And Satomi did heavy lifting again for their impromptu idol group.
The omake exercise for the week covered building up to the wrestler's bridge by doing the glute bridge. It's basically half the first one before getting the neck muscles involved.
