Acnologia may be the most powerful being in the world, but he's still a dragon slayer. After they Blue Pegasus broke the spell keeping Wendy from being sick, Acnologia puked his guts out too.
Those on board the Blue Pegasus thought their plan of luring Acnologia into a time rift would work, but the ancient dragon slayer just flew right through it. Jenny's fears of being eaten right up were justified.
Everybody's got plans in this show. They just need to do them, aye sir!
Lucy decided to open Natsu's book and she had an inkling of a plan to save him from dying if Zeref was defeated. Mavis had a plan that would supersede Zeref's plan of turning back the clock on the world by 400 years. Natsu had a plan to bust Zeref's head for not listening to reason.
