Erza just took out Irene's meteor and now she's coming after her!
Erza was able to cut through Irene's dragon scales with help from Wendy's Dragon Slayer enchantment, sending Irene back to her human form. While trying to finish off an exhausted Erza, Irene saw her smile, which reminded her of the day of Erza's birth and how much she loved her.
Not wanting to hurt her daughter any more, Irene decided to end her life. This broke her spell and the land of Fiore returned to its normal configuration. Of course, this meant that a cured Natsu ended up in Lucy's room again. While she was naked, again.
Natsu's internal dialogue ended when he chose to be a human instead of a demon or a dragon. This stopped the demon seed inside him from growing and combining with his stabilized dragon seed. With things pretty much back to normal, Natsu is fired up for the next round of battle.
