Homi looking at her spread toes through dark pantyhose pretty much tells you everything you need to know about this animated short.
It's the first day of the new school year and friends Yua, Homi, and Ren have to deal with a rainy trip to school. The name of the anime means "Looking at Tights" which is definitely what we're doing here with all the generous angles of girls' pantyhose.
Homi had splashed through a lot of puddles walking to the school entrance, and she finally decided to take off her hose because she couldn't stand her squishy toes any more. After being stopped from removing her hose inside the classroom, she ran into Yuiko-sensei as she rushed out the door. The other girls Ren and Yua like their teacher, but she makes them feel inferior in all sorts of ways.
Yua features in the end card. It's not enough for the artist Yom to draw tights, but other artists have fun with his characters' legs too.
