Levy was relieved and happy to see Gajeel again, and then she showed him just how much she missed him.
Brandish decided to fight Lucy seriously when she refused to leave the battlefield with Natsu. Lucy got serious too!
Unfortunately, Brandish's actions were for the benefit of Dimaria spying on them, since Brandish had no intention of actually killing her new friends. Dimaria saw through the ruse and decided to kill Brandish and torture the others for "ruining" her friend.
Meanwhile, Invel's defeat meant that Mavis could escape from Irene. It also meant that Zera, who had gathered Fairy Tail's forces together, was going to disappear again. There was still time for a heartfelt reunion between Gajeel and Levy.
Lucy gets the naked torture scene again, this time with Dimaria handling things. Dimaria, however, didn't count on Natsu waking up and going full demonic on her. Porlyusica realized that the tumor Brandish had shrunk was not something that was going to make Natsu lose his magic power, but something far different and dangerous. Lucy wanted to find him as quickly as possible, but she needed to put some clothes on first.
