Nino hadn't yet given up on getting all her sisters together to watch the fireworks show.
All the sisters are still separated, but the drama of the night is how Ichika has "something" important to do for her "work." Even Miku gets involved because they look alike, and it all turns out that Ichika is an aspiring actress and her agent is pretty pushy.
After some encouragement from her "partner" Fuutarou, Ichika nails her audition by remembering to make her genuine smile shine like her sisters do.
The beginning of each episode has an English phrase written down on Fuutarou's flash cards, and this episode's read "All's well that ends well." Just like a Shakespearean comedy, all the misdirections, misunderstandings, and mistaken identities got resolved by the end and the sisters enjoyed fireworks together. Pretty good work for their new friend and partner, Fuutarou.
