Queen Yoshino and her Ministers had their own private celebration of the successful revival of the Manoyama Lake Festival. Under the sakura trees, no less.
The Tourism Board, and Sandal, saw Yoshino off as she left Manoyama for her new job.
But where were the old guys? Oh, just getting the entire town to line up and wave goodbye to Yoshino. Hey, I'm not crying! You're crying!
The epilogue showed the Ministers continuing on in Manoyama or getting ready for the next phase of their life. Like Yoshino jumping into island life to work her magic there. Maybe Season 2 will be Hata Quest (kite quest) or something similar tied to the ocean.
