The fictional characters tried to see if an author or Creator could actually change things for the people who came to the real world. Eh, not so much, apparently.
Marine, the Selesia's character designer, drew up what the "new" flame sword would look like. Part of the key to changing things has to entail some kind of audience impact. Just four people looking at it isn't going to change Selesia. Besides, she's the anime version, so she doesn't even know what's going on in the light novels. That's a big clue too.
Marine is a nice lady. She's going to take Meteora and Selesia off Sota's hands and she has access to the game development company that created Meteora too.
I really hope we get some of these slice of life elements that we see in the end credits scenes. Selesia in a bikini is a must!
