Finds from the Grind - Passing Dogs and Walkers

Passing dogs, walkers and a wild Tesla became a thing on my 3 laps around the Sacred Heart hill. That close call with the Tesla is exactly what no-fault insurance is for. If one or both of us had been a little bit less attentive, it would have been a pure accident. Thankfully I was only going 20 mph and the car stopped so I could figure out quickly how to avoid a collision.
