Kaguya Filler Shippuuden continues. Twin brothers Hagoromo and Hamura discover their mother's secret about the tree.
Episode 461 - "Hagoromo and Hamura"
Heh.
This episode felt like many fables and creation myths. Talking animals, forbidden tree of knowledge, children opposing their titan parents, it was pretty much all there.
Hagoromo and Hamura are funny guys. Their banter and running commentary about discovering a talking toad was pretty good.
Why yes, that is the actual Gamamaru.
He grew so big!
At least it was explained where the people came from. Kaguya revived them from the tree and gave them false memories.
It wasn't explained where the toads got that round television, er Memory Stone.
Gamamaru still dreaming of ninjas with spiky hair fighting bad guys.
Lots of Byakugan eye power going around, but it was Hagoromo's attachment to a normal lady that awakened his sharingan. He was still wearing that magatama stone around his neck when he appeared to Naruto.
Those Uchihas can pound sand. The Hyuuga clan was first and most powerful. Uchihas are just cursed parasites.
I'm not surprised that Hagoromo learned Nature Energy from the toads, but I wished for something more unexpected.
Next time, the boys have been bad, mama's pissed and someone's getting a whooping.
