The uncensored blu-rays finally let me know what the heck was going on with the rookie detective Konomi. Drugged, naked and about to be made a sex slave. That kind of NSFW stuff definitely made up for her lack of fanservice during the rest of the series.
After whipping Konomi a little, the bad guys decided she needed some drugs to loosen her up. A little too loose...
Since she couldn't talk anymore, the boss wanted to "play" with Konomi. She needed cleaning up after her interrogation, though.
