Aiz knows how to make a memorable impression on a young adventurer - she makes it bloody!
This is one of those shows with a really long title - translated to "Is it wrong to pick up girls in a dungeon?" We'll just call it the Japanese short version - DanMachi. Instead of people trapped in a game, like I've been watching for three seasons now, this is a fantasy land that a game would be based on. Unfortunately, it's still a bit too gamified for my taste. Druaga no Tou is still the best anime to handle this concept and a more recent contender was Shingeki no Bahamut. Besides all that, this was a fun watch because the girls are hawt! H-O-T hawt! Good enough for me to watch, but not to blog.
Aiz figures the best way to a boy's heart is to slice through a minotaur. It worked!
One of the best features of this show so far is the goddess Hestia, who's in charge of our new adventurer Bell. She's genki, busty, twin-tailed and has a habit of flashing her panties.
Hestia is the goddess of hearth and home. Fitting that she greets Bell like a newlywed wife.
These adventurers have magical tattoos on their backs that goddesses interpret to keep track of the adventurers' experience points and skills.
Bell is Hestia's first Familia member, so she considers theirs to be a special relationship.
Sometimes a young goddess just wants to snuggle.
And keep on snuggling. She's a snuggling machine.
In contrast to the new familia under Hestia is the successful and famous Loki familia, of which Aiz is a member.
This young lady knows how to make an entrance too. Yowza!
This version of Loki is a girl with a nice ass and a thirst for ale. I like her already.
She doesn't seem to be able to hold her liquor very well, though.
I told you before that the girls are very well drawn. Here's Aiz making more impressions.
This gamified world needs a way for the conveniently disappearing monsters' crystal drops to be converted into money. Eina, one of the bank clerks, is our busty megane elf lady with who treats Bell like younger brother. The monsters may disappear when they die, but their blood doesn't. Oookaaay.
Hestia steals the show with her outsized personality. And outsized chest! For a girl this short, Hestia is all out of proportion, not that I'm complaining.
She's got an interesting blue ribbon that raises, ah, herself when she raises her arms. Good for her.
