Hachiman is forced to go on a double date with Hayama. Yukino decides to run for student council president. Yui declares her own course of action.

Yukino's older sister Haruno can't really be bored enough to follow a bunch of kids around on a double date, can she? No, of course not. She's scheming to make Yukino run for student council president.
In the flashback, Hayama claimed that the girl he liked had a "Y" in her name. By all appearances, he's spending most of his time with Yumiko, but he didn't say he liked Yumiko. He was purposefully vague about it. Could it be Yukino? Is it her sister Haruno Yukinoshita? It couldn't possibly be Yui, could it? With how deferential Hayama was to Haruno's requests, I'm leaning toward someone in the Yukinoshita family.
Speaking of Yumiko, she literally stumbled into Hayama and Hachiman's double date.
Hachiman's a real man. He noticed the panty flash, registered it, and quickly moved on. Smooth. Also, "panties, pink, unexpected."
How small is this part of Chiba? All the kids seemed to go to the same mall. Can't a couple of dudes date outside their high school without running into everyone they know? Why was Tobe hanging out with Iroha? Is she managing his sports club? And why does Hayama know that Iroha has a cold side? Is it related to why she didn't want him to run for president?
Yui may have been saying she loves the Service Club and doesn't want it to disband because Yukino would be too busy as president, but it looked like she came awfully close to revealing her feelings for Hachiman.
Hayama tried the Hachiman way of telling the girls to quit picking on him, but he did too much smiling. The hate came eventually, but Hachiman makes a grenade explode instead of how Hayama set the house on fire.
Hmm.
With Yukino and Yui running for president, can Iroha quit now? Will it be a three way race? Will we find out that Haruno asked Hayama to plant Iroha as a candidate, or will Iroha reveal herself to be part of the plot? High school political plots and mysteries, I love it! I have not read anything of the material this show is adapted from, so I'm only finding out the story from week to week. I have no idea how this is going to turn out. The most Hachiman grenade jumping outcome would be if he ran for president himself and won, but to incorporate character development, he'll need a solution that also preserves the Service Club. Maybe his little sister is going to whop him upside the head with the best solution.
