10 Second Anime - Nisekoi S2 - Episode 3

10 Second Anime - Nisekoi S2 - Episode 3
Chitoge's extremely busy mom comes to town for Christmas. Raku plays executive secretary.

Heh.

"Madam Flower" certainly lived up to her reputation.

Usually when an executive is this busy making decisions it's because they not only refuse to delegate, but they're also using all their time to avoid something. I hope it's not Chitoge that Mrs. Kirisaki is trying to avoid, although Chitoge appears to think that might be the case.

Chitoge could have told her mom that she's not first in her class because she had trouble with learning Japanese for the first couple of months.

Chitoge wasn't mentally prepared to see her mom earlier than Christmas.

Also, there's the matter of the fake boyfriend. Shouldn't the mother be in on the ruse? Or is this one of those things Mr. Kirisaki is afraid of telling her?

They certainly seem lovey-dovey enough.

That is, until she snaps her fingers and her Men in Black outrank his and even himself!

Hilarious. Raku is the "boifurendo" (ボイフレンド boyfriend) instead of "koibito" or "kareshi."

Mrs. Kirisaki keeps that cigarette in her mouth, but she never smokes it. At least the censors didn't black it out like they did for Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. Well, Mrs. Kirisaki is older than 20, I guess, but it's still not lit up.

Just what kind of wringer does Madam Flower put her administrative staff through? Raku was about to find out.

Maybe Chitoge wanted to do it so she could spend more time with her mom.

Phones brought nothing but bad news to Chitoge this episode.

The other girls were barely in this episode, but it was still more than in the Tsugumi love fest last week. Here they are from the End Credits.

Hmm.

I wonder if Chitoge's mom really doesn't know the significance of her daughter's red ribbon. She doesn't strike me as very sentimental, so that's possible. It's clear that Chitoge has never told her openly why she wears it so much. She better put it back on by the end of next episode. It's only her number one "charm point."
