As the Allied Shinobi Army rushes to seal Madara, Gaara remembers how Naruto became his first friend when he asks the Tailed Beasts for their help.

Flashback episode on Gaara Shippuuden.I had forgotten that Gaara tattooed the kanji for Love (ai, 愛) on his forehead when he was forced to kill his aunt in an assassination attempt.
Naruto throws his rasen shuriken at Madara, bound by Hashirama's wood dragon. The ninjas know where to run to after Naruto's attack connects, and Gaara asks Shukaku, his former Tailed Beast to help him seal Madara. The other Tailed Beasts are interested that Gaara calls Naruto a friend too, and decide to help him. And that's all that happened in real time.
Next time, we have some filler looking at Hinata's relationship with her little sister Hanabi because there's some big Naruto movie happening next month. Yay?
Actually, the movie is a big deal because it takes place after the comic serialization ended, but before the last few scenes in the last chapter showing Naruto becoming Hokage. Still, next week, filler.
