Nanako tries to get friendly with Mirai. Mirai tries to fit in with the Nagarekawa Girls. Uogokoro-kun jiggles, fwooshes, and slouches with Mirai.

Heh.

One of Nanako's friends thinks they're already trying to replace her in the Nagarekawa Girls locodol unit. No, she's teasing, I think. She belatedly realized that short Mirai could fit inside the Uogokoro-kun costume.



Mirai finally gets used to calling Nanako by her first name, but only after many iterations of "Big Sister," even though they're in the same class.

The screen wipes were all about the Uogokoro-kun performers.



Mirai may be shy in the karaoke box, but she's got rhythm!

When did Nanako get the reputation as the Uogokoro-kun Whisperer?


Eh, close enough for government work...

Aw. Yui had to cool off after being stuck in the costume for a long time because a lost kid would see a person come out of Uogokoro-kun's cut off head.



Nanako and Yukari have their act together, although their signature move could be a bit crisper.



Hey, a local idol unit likes singing karaoke. Who would have thought it?



Hmm.

An actual piece of concern for having a new girl play Uogokoro-kun is what happens to Yui when she graduates. Thankfully, she says she'll keep playing Uogokoro-kun while she's in voice-training school, but will have to "graduate" eventually.

They also stopped the back-flipping because of what happened to Yui in the Civic Mascot Sports Day, and Mirai spraining her ankle reminds us why that was probably a good idea.

The girls themselves have formed a cohesive team after Mirai's maiden performance, where she was so good Yukari and Nanako thought it was Yui in the costume. Now, let's go see Mirai actually sing a song, instead of banging the maracas or the tambourine.
