Naruto Shippuuden - Episode 367
Hashirama to Madara Shippuuden begins now! The ill-fated friendship between the scions of the Senju and Uchiha begins with skipping rocks.
Heh.
Even when Hashirama sulks, he still brings the S-Class trolling. "Next time I see you, I'll throw you across the river!" Madara said. "I wonder if I'll even make it to the other side," Hashirama trolled. Hah!Was that jutsu Hashirama started with the hand signs the famous Uchiha fire ball? Hilarious that Madara looked at all the signs and just said, "I totally don't understand it."
Hmm.
Interesting to see the genesis of the Will of Fire start with Hashirama rebelling against his father for sending children to fight in the clan wars. Mind you, they were all talented shinobi, but Hashirama did not believe 7 year olds should be sent to die.One of the clans the Senju were feuding with was the Hagoromo clan, who bear the given name of the Sage of the Six Paths.
It's bittersweet to see Hashirama talk with his brothers and with Madara about creating a place where shinobi know peace, and to know how close the Shinobi Village System matched their plans, but still didn't fully succeed.
I wonder if Madara knowing that Hashirama was sent to kill him at one point in their friendship, and how that turned out, stuck a splinter in his heart that caused everything that happened afterward. His friendship must have been very strong for its loss to create one of the strongest Mangekyo Sharingans in shinobi history.
