The Giro Trophy, nicknamed the Infinity Trophy, is similar to the Stanley Cup, in which all the names of the previous winners are inscribed on it. The first name on the trophy is Luigi Ganna, from the 1909 edition, and the most recent name is last year's winner, Vincenzo Nibali.
Italian cyclist Vincenzo Nibali kisses his trophy as he celebrates victory on the podium at the end of the 96th Giro d'Italia race on May 26, 2013, in Brescia.
