Mikoto still wants her pink froggie back from Febri. The girls go to a public bath, but Koroko misses out on Onee-sama time because of the dorm matron. And Mikoto gets attacked by a robot with no electric power in it.

Continuing on with slice-of-a-certain-railgun's-life, Febri just is not giving up on the pink froggie finger puppet. Also, the investigation into the security robots run amok last episode yield some strange circumstances: they had not yet been programmed and had no batteries in them. How could they have been hacked? Nearby, we see a pink crystal holding a fine yellow hair. Hmm.

Mii invites the girls to go to a public bath, which gets Koroko excited for some extra Onee-sama action, but gets blocked by the dorm matron insisting on a massage after her bath. Afterwards, some strange detour signs lead them to a secluded warehouse, and out pops a green robot like the ones attacking the mercenary group Item in Episode 18. It is obviously targeting Mikoto, and her electromagnetism power doesn't work on it. She's not too worried about it, but having bystanders around causes other problems, and Febri somehow freezes it. This does not surprise the non-esper nerds controlling it, and Mitsuko finishes things up with an iron girder.

But Febri is not well, and is taken to the hospital with a high fever. The anti-skill unit finds another crystal with a yellow hair in it, and the doctor who usually treats Touma informs Mikoto that Febri is better, but they didn't do anything. They couldn't treat her because she's not human. She's a fully man-made scientific construct. And Mitsuko lets them know that she overheard one of the non-espers talking about recapturing Febri. Thing are starting to add up.
