Katsuragi motivates shy librarian Shiori to write her first novel, and awakens the Goddess Minerva.
Shy Shiori is shy. The best part of this episode was when Shiori tried to call out to Katsuragi in the big empty library, and what came out was the forced cry of a steaming teapot. "Katsuragi-kuuun!" Sigh~. Also, Shiori has textbook shy girl blush faces, which seems to be a nice personality match for the Goddess Minerva hiding inside her.
