Railgun shows its cute-girls-do-cute-things side after the dramatic events of the Sisters Arc. Cake will be eaten, skirts will be flipped, and faces will be made.
There's a little bit of introduction to the next arc of non-espers beginning their plot against the espers of Academy City, but for the Railgun crew, it's a time to celebrate one of their friends getting out of the hospital, hold a going away party for a roommate, and get held up by job duties along the way. Oh, and crying over taiyaki is okay if it's because of happy memories. And don't forget the teasing over liking boys. Cute girls need to do that too.
