Notes: Curtailed mileage week due to injury and unscheduled rest and recovery period. I scraped up my hand last Sunday pretty badly, and even though I could ride, it was just not worth all the prep and post time for a daily workout. Cleaning the wounds, changing the bandages, ride for an hour in discomfort and overcompensation for a mangle wing, re-clean the wounds, re-change the bandages... I tried that on Tuesday, then looked at my bike afterwards, and told it: "You're on vacation for a few days."
