Notes: Mileage is quite a bit down from the usual 130 to 160 weekly miles because I'm beginning my tapering off into the off-season and starting my transition and recovery phase of my fitness. What does that really mean? Time to look for some cool video games as the weather gets more inclement and the holiday season and travel messes with daily and weekly fitness plans. Console or PC this year? Leaning toward my PS3...
