Notes: Even though mileage was about 30 miles less than normal, elevation was way up (as you can see, every single ride was on a designated "climb" course, so I'm feeling more fatigued and hungrier than on a flat week. My confidence is way up on the climbs now, after going over every climb during the daily workout in the big ring, so maybe I'll keep on the designated climbing courses, but concentrate on spinning and pedaling technique for my scheduled flat weeks. I'll see how I feel after a rest day...
