Refreshing! A Balanced Weather Story

I just want to point out a good story on a new mild winter prediction from the National Weather Service. Not one mention of global warming as the cause, only the weak El Niño that developed last month. I'm not quite sure how the Farmer's Almanac will account for the El Niño, since they base their predictions on the Earth's position around the Sun and sunspot activity, and they already predicted a colder winter. Either way, this winter will be cooler than last year's winter, so the almanac isn't wrong, yet.
