That fucking little shit Van needed a lesson, but only another Hero could give it to him. But even Gideon, who trained Ruti as a Hero, could smack him around a bit. That little shit's face particles were not even worthy for Ruti to blow away. Somebody needs to kill that fairy that encourages his arrogant behavior, too.
