Sage jutsu works on Obito, but he heals very quickly. Threatening to kill all of the Allied Shinobi Army, Naruto devises a way around Obito's attack.

New season, new opening and closing credits. The opening looks like a long flashback for all the characters, and it feels bittersweet because the manga is going to end its 15 year run in 5 chapters. Well, we'll have the anime to kick around for another year or so.

That's so Naruto. He doesn't understand exactly how he did it, but combining the principles of Shadow Clones, Tailed-Beast chakra sharing, the yin and yang of the two halves of Kurama, and his dad's teleportation jutsu, he helped Minato transport EVERYONE out of the barrier.

Tobirama just has to make sure everyone knows who's responsible for all those great Konoha ninja arts. He is. Him. He made them. Okay, Tobirama. Settle down.

I did like how Tobirama noted that fighting alongside Naruto with his Sage Jutsu and his crazy schemes felt just like fighting alongside his brother Hashirama. Naruto is kind of dumb and goofy too...

Hmm.

The first episode of the season made sure to have another retelling of how Minato and Kushina sacrificed their lives to save the newborn Naruto. Minato started feeling that he wished he had more time to tell Naruto all the things didn't have a chance to. But Naruto quickly forgave him for putting him through a hard childhood by letting him know he already met his mother's chakra when he befriended Kurama. Besides, they just bro fisted. Men don't need anymore than that to express their feelings.
