Five days of climbing, all new times in the top 5 for this year on this climbing course. I figured I'd be breaking records this week, but I didn't expect to break my personal best for the year 3 days in a row. I wanted to break my record on the fourth day again, but road construction delays ended that attempt. The flat ride on the weekend was hard for more than half of it because of a headwind, still, my legs felt strong, even with the wrecking of my legs on the tough climbing week, so the form and fitness are still coming along as they handle the heavier cog and build toward spinning it at a faster cadence.
