Chizuko stayed with her grandpa for a week because her mother had to transfer locations for her job again. She had no idea a magical girl often battled an evil organization there. And worse for her sensibilities, nobody cared because of how one-sided their fights were. But Chizuko loved the magical girl, Berry Blossom, the moment she saw her. Let's forget about how she met her alter-ego and her companion at the mall for now.
Chizuko decided to live with her grandfather after she became Berry Blossom's number one fan. She liked watching her on TV but found most of her news coverage lame because of the weak enemy she fought. And then that guy, Chroma, asked her for advice!
Chroma has no offensive skills, has lowly ambitious evil plots, and works at a convenience store! No wonder he asked Chizuko for help.
The credits show our three lead characters getting caught up in their three-way ulterior motives to raise Berry Blossom's reputation. Are there really any bad guys in this show?
