Elf-san wa Yaserarenai - Episode 2 - Kuroeda Elfuda Butt Heads

Dark Elves and Forest Elves are, well, not mortal enemies. But they really don't like each other.

The Plus-Sized Elf second episode brings us the opening credits. We see all the featured thicc monster girls and their problem areas. The only question I have is which order will the girls show up? And will Elfuda and Kuroeda be Naoe’s costars as ambassadors to the other world? I hope so. Their bickering relationship will make an enjoyable running joke.

This Dark Elf beauty with dumps in her truck tried to summon a golem. But she suffered a wardrobe malfunction! Premature golemification

Kuroeda works at an “11-Eleven” convenience store. Whoops! What’s that little golem doing there! Forget what you saw, Mr. Customer Naoe. Magicus interruptus! Uh oh. Naoe caught Elfuda cheating on her diet. Uh oh, again! Elves and Dark Elves are natural enemies! Dark Elves have a litany of evil traits, but the worst? They’re never on time! Remember — Plus-Sized Elf is a comedic show, not a drama tackling profound issues. The Elf and Dark Elf squabble like sisters.

Ah. Naoe’s presence defused the spat and intrigued Kuroeda. Could he help her with a problem area? Ooh. Dark Elf mages have magical outfits that buff their spells. But Kuroeda’s outfit doesn’t fit anymore? No magical tailors in her world? Her junk in the trunk can’t fit in her stringy bottom anymore. Kuroeda requests Naoe’s help in toning her butt!

Naoe first goes to lay his hands on elf-lady parts. To “improve circulation.” Likely story, but he’s an osteopath. Uh oh! Squeezing Kuroeda’s calves makes her flex her butt cheeks. That’s not massage! That’s torture! Oh. Her leg feels better. What human magic is this? Hot baths will also help to reduce Kuroeda’s swelling in her nether regions. That’s the opposite for me after watching her!

In my first episode post, I said Plus-Sized Elf resembled Monster Girl Doctor. But it’s also an isekai version of How Heavy Are the Dumbbells You Lift?. Naoe provides instructional diagrams for his clients. Oh no. Squats are not suitable for Kuroeda’s chinos. Elfuda shouldn’t be laughing so hard at the Dark Elf’s predicament. We saw how she obliterated her T-shirt in the last episode. Ladies, ladies! Many guys appreciate big meat on big bones! You’re both pretty! D’oh! What a perverted human. However, Kuroeda kept up her butt-toning exercises. And flirted in her own way. Freebie chocolate, but a fork instead of a spoon.

Kusahanada, a flower shop owner, is a mandrake monster girl. The flower on her head keeps growing bigger, affecting her posture. Does it make the rest of her grow, too? I’m sure Kusahanada’s shoulders would have been sore, regardless of her flower accessory. Ha! Elfuda still can’t stand Naoe’s chiropractic adjustments. Alraune is a mandrake creature in German folklore. Plus-Sized Elf has an isekai world that borrows myths from everywhere! Elfuda belittles how a plant girl gains weight from sunshine and fertile soil. The Forest Elf gains weight through honest means: From eating too many french fries!

Naoe wonders if he can offer solutions to Kusahanada. Her issue is more like gardening than humanoid physiology. Inspiration! Naoe opportunistically avoids happy hour with his handsy drunk boss, Akiho. Kusahanada can use an orthopedic brace to correct her posture and use an umbrella for shade. She’s thankful! Have some sauna coupons. You might meet an ogre lady there! I can’t wait. The ogre milk truck will arrive!

The end credits feature the two girls, Kuroeda and Kusahanada, from the episode and their “problem areas.” I don’t see Kuroeda’s thicc dumps as a “problem,” but Kusahanada has sore shoulders and lower back from the heavy weight she carries on her front side. Poor plant lady!
