The Azur Lane girls are holding a cosplay festival for some reason (it's fanservice obviously) and North Carolina shows off what that means in a bunny girl outfit as she advertises her booth. The four main girls went to collect their surprise costumes and found Honolulu worrying about what Saint Louis picked out for her. Hilariously, Honolulu objected to how short the yukata robe was when her own skirt is apparently shorter.
Honolulu finally put on her costume after the other girls put on their school girl uniforms. She looked fine, but she worried about her bust spilling out the top. Ayanami, the expert on Japanese things currently in the hallway, informed Honolulu that yukata robes do have a wrap that flattens the bust. Laffey accidentally started Honolulu's redressing right there!
North Carolina came looking for the smol boat crew because they were taking so long to dress. That's when Washington entered too, wearing an even more revealing bunny girl suit. Washington claimed that North Carolina had been wearing her own bunny girl costume under the uniform way before today, but North Carolina didn't want her junior boat spreading "rumors." Enough of that. It's time to enjoy the cosplay festival!
Laffey did everyone a solid by providing snacks to Honolulu and getting her to gingerly nibble on a grilled winner. Thank you so much, Laffey!
So, what were North Carolina and Washington advertising anyway? It was their dartboard booth where you only won something if you hit the bullseye. Honolulu had a lucky day because she hit the center with her eyes closed. Her prize? A coupon for one date with the Commander!
