Hibana tagged along with Shinra to meet with Konro about his experience with an Adola Link. Hibana liked the idea of being mistaken for going on a date with Shinra. She's still holding that torch for him, so to speak.
Benimaru thought Shinra might be ready for a leveled up bout of training using Hysterical Strength, but since he's lazy, he didn't want to teach the lesson more than once, so he asked Shinra to bring Arthur too. Tamaki, due to her experiences watching Juggernaut protect her in the Nether, wanted to observe the training. Benimaru said it would be better if she played tag with Hikage and Hinata the little fire foxes. Tamaki found her own nekomata power up.
Of course, Tamaki's Lucky Lecher power needed to happen as soon as a man showed up. I shudder to think what a Lucky Lecher level up would look like. Perhaps Benimaru caught a glimpse.
