Notes: Even though mileage was about 30 miles less than normal, elevation was way up (as you can see, every single ride was on a designated "climb" course, so I'm feeling more fatigued and hungrier than on a flat week. My confidence is way up on the climbs now, after going over every climb during the daily workout in the big ring, so maybe I'll keep on the designated climbing courses, but concentrate on spinning and pedaling technique for my scheduled flat weeks. I'll see how I feel after a rest day...

Notes: SchmoBike 20,000! As you can see in the last entry under Odometer, I have gone over 20,000 miles on this one bike. While not as exciting as when I ticked over 10,000 miles, since that meant getting to 5 figures, instead of 4. I would have taken a picture of the 20,000 mile mark, but I was busy avoiding a peahen and pea chick as it crossed the road in Arcadia.
